What details are easily overlooked by users when using composite packaging bags?
- Content Matching: For acidic foods (such as pickles), acid-resistant composite films (such as PET/AL/PE) are required; for oily foods (such as meat), the oil resistance grade of the inner PE layer (≥120℃) must be confirmed
- Compliance Inspection: Ignoring QS/SC marks, and whether the composite adhesive is food-grade (a third-party test report is required)
- Hidden Parameters: Failure to pay attention to the "heat-seal strength" (≥15N/15mm) and "oxygen transmission rate" (≤5cm³/(m²・24h・0.1MPa)), which is prone to leakage in subsequent use
- Curing Process: The curing temperature (50-55℃) should be maintained for 48 hours, and the product should be left standing for 24 hours before heat-sealing after curing to avoid poor adhesion
- Heat-seal Adaptation: Adjust the temperature according to the outermost material of the composite layer (the temperature for RCPP material is 5-8℃ lower than that for PE), and ignore the edge heat-seal width (≥8mm is required)
- Batch Control: Failure to keep the film test report and production parameter records for each batch, making it impossible to trace the source when problems occur
- Storage Environment: The stacking height should not exceed 1.5 meters, a moisture-proof board should be placed at the bottom, and a 10-15cm ventilation gap should be reserved to avoid delamination of the composite layer caused by condensed water
- Transportation Protection: When transporting outdoors, even if there is a rain cloth, a waterproof film should still be covered on the outer layer of the bag to prevent rainwater from penetrating
- Usage Specifications: For microwave heating scenarios, microwaveable composite films (such as PP/PE) should be selected, ignoring the "high temperature resistance" (≤100℃)
- Recycling Taboos: Mixing food-grade Packaging Bags with non-food-grade ones, or reusing damaged bags, which may cause food safety risks
